Whether you’re hosting a private client session, recording content, or teaching a small beauty class — this suite delivers a professional experience from start to finish. ✨ THE SUITE INCLUDES: Private beauty suite with a facial bed (foldable for more space if needed) Treatment chair / workstation (great for makeup & lash services) LED lighting bar + bright, clean lighting for filming & photos Wi-Fi Clean, calming luxury vibe that photographs well 🏢 BUILDING AMENITIES (Studio 58): Guests will also have access to shared amenities within the building, including: Waiting areas (standard waiting area + larger lounge-style area with seating) Kitchenette area (microwave, sink, tea maker / refreshment setup) Restrooms Easy building access and professional atmosphere with other businesses on-site ✅ PERFECT FOR: Beauty services (facials, makeup, lashes, brows, waxing) Content creation (Reels, TikToks, product videos, tutorials) Branding shoots Small classes / trainings (beauty education) Private client sessions / consultations ⏳ RENTAL OPTIONS: Weekly Rental: $375 Great for recurring client work and consistent weekly bookings. Monthly Rental: $1500 Best value for full-time professionals who want a consistent home base. 🌙 AFTER-HOURS / 24-HOUR ACCESS: After-hours / 24-hour access is available as an add-on for Daily + Weekly bookings (+$25). ✅ Included with Monthly bookings. 🧼 CLEANING & RESPECTFUL USE: Please return items to their original place and dispose of trash after your booking. This is a shared professional building, so we ask that guests keep noise respectful. *Our Cleaning Process at Facial Attraction** We take pride in keeping the **Facial Attraction Suite** spotless, sanitized, and ready for every guest. After each booking, all high-touch surfaces, treatment beds, and workstations are **cleaned and disinfected** using professional-grade products. All towels and linens are **freshly laundered**, and tools or equipment such as the wax pot, steamer, and LED light are wiped down and sanitized. Cleaning supplies are also available in the suite for renters to maintain cleanliness during their stay. Guests are asked to: * Place used towels in the sink. * Clean and sanitize tools after use. * Leave the suite in the same clean condition as arrival. We perform a full inspection between bookings to ensure every guest enters a **fresh, sanitized, and professional environment
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
