This is a vibey, art-filled space built for parties, small events, and content. The main floor is about 1,000 sq ft with polished floors, mural walls, and club-style lighting (strobes + color). Upstairs there’s a second level that works perfect for the DJ, media, or a small VIP area with a view of the venue. private parties, brand/pop-up events, photo & video shoots, social gatherings, nightlife/rave-style events, and after-hours/afterparties. Space has a roll up garage door You get: • Onsite DJ setup •. Party Strobe Lights • Green room • 1 bathroom • 2 onsite parking spots + plenty of free street parking

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We use professional, licensed cleaners after every booking. Cleaning is done either immediately after your event or the following day, so the space is reset and ready for the next guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
