We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and hygienic experience. Trash bins are emptied, floors are swept and mopped, and the event area is reset to a clean, neutral condition. Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies are available on-site during events for guest use if needed. Guests are expected to remove all personal items, decorations, and food-related waste after their event. Our team handles the deep cleaning—so you can focus on your event, not the mess afterward.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
