Our family farm sprawls over 100 acres and is hugged by the Little River at all sides. We are welcoming guests to take advantage of the private, peaceful and beautifully natural space to retreat to. Though we are in the country, we are easily accessible and centrally located! - 10 minutes from Downtown Maryville - 15 minutes from Pellissippi Pkwy (the Clayton exit) - 25 minutes from Townsend - 35 minutes from Knoxville We have five locations available for sharing with you - whether it be for an outdoor yoga class, a family photoshoot or an intimate elopement! - 8 Acre Wood - Arden Park, along the Little River - Mountain view next to our 200 year old cantilever barn - Spring house meadow - Pea gravel, tree/fence lined drive As we continue to grow, more amenities will be available/provided. Presently, we are rustic and all natural. No electricity, restrooms, etc. Note: This is a working farm - there are horses and the fields rotate each season with crops.
