FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS: • Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol • Outside food is allowed • Catering or prep area • No cooking is allowed on site • Speakers, Television • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed by connecting personal device to speakers • Space Rules: Ticketed events are not allowed, Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed, Selling is not allowed • Ideal space for: Social Parties (Adult Birthdays, Graduations, etc.), Reception Events (Engagement Party, Anniversary, etc.), Baby Showers • No DJS Our stylish and bright venue is perfect for your next event! Within our 2 separate 750 sq. ft space we offer a cozy sitting area, complete with a sofa, coffee table and Instagram-worthy blue accent chairs. You can bring your own food and beverages and make use of our kitchenette which has plenty of table space, microwave and refrigerator. The venue is appropriate for both larger gatherings and events as well as more intimate purposes. We offer a clean, dimmable lit venue with a bar table and bar stool as well as tables and chairs. You may rearrange the furniture for the duration of the event to fit your needs. Additionally, photographers can make use of a paper backdrop with different colors. A 55” TV with screen mirroring and HDMI cable is available for video presentations and screencasting. The space is equipped with bluetooth speakers for your music needs. The space is located on the intersection of Belmont Ave and Central Ave, easy keyless entry, so you can access the venue without meeting with or waiting for anyone. The space can hold at least 40 people. You’re welcome to check it out for yourself ahead of time to make sure it is exactly what you need and even to start planning your event! You may visit any time, Monday through Sunday, as long as the space isn't being used for another event. Just let us know the exact date and time you’d like to come by and we will make it happen. Folding and non folding options - Paper backdrop of multiple colors available for photoshoots for extra cost. - Sitting area with 1 sofa, 1 accent chairs and a coffee table - Bar Cabinet - 55” TV for Presentations or movie screenings, Samsung Smart tv with Apple Mirroring on Wheels to move around - Outside food & beverages are allowed - Street level access // Load-in thru the front - microwave and refrigerator - 2 Restroom - Free WIFI - Board Games - Vending Machine in front lobby - Separate dance studio room with mirrors for dancing. No eating in the dance studio room.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
