- Outdoor Fireplace & BBQ Kitchen: A built-in BBQ and statement concrete fireplace sit under a sleek pergola, creating an ideal backdrop for cozy gatherings, interviews, or moody evening scenes.
- Basketball Half-Court: A unique feature that adds energy and versatility — great for active lifestyle shoots, commercials, or casual crew breaks.
- ADU (Guesthouse): Included for production prep, wardrobe changes, or as a quiet staging and holding space. The ADU features a small kitchen, bathroom, and shower/tub, making it fully functional for crew and talent use.
- Lawn & Garden: A manicured green area framed by tall privacy hedges, offering clean light, texture, and multiple angles for filming or photography.

Health and Safety Measures
We take pride in keeping The Sycamore Oasis clean, well-maintained, and production-ready at all times. The outdoor areas, pool, and ADU are professionally cleaned before each booking to ensure a spotless and comfortable environment.
All high-touch surfaces (door handles, counters, bathroom fixtures) are sanitized, and the ADU is restocked with basic essentials like paper towels, hand soap, and trash liners. The pool and landscaping are serviced weekly to maintain a polished look for shoots and events.
Guests are expected to leave the space in reasonably clean condition, remove any trash or equipment they bring, and return furniture to its original placement before checkout.
Our goal is to provide a turnkey experience — clean, ready, and reliable — so your team or guests can focus on the creative work, not the setup.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
