Cleaning Procedures: We take pride in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for every guest. -The meeting room and shared spaces are cleaned and sanitized daily, including high-touch surfaces, tables, and chairs. -After each booking, our team wipes down and disinfects all furniture, equipment, and commonly used items. -Guests are asked to remove trash and personal items and leave the room in the same condition it was found. -Additional cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or excessive debris left behind.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
