*** VALENTINES DAY SETUP AVAILABLE: NOW THRU FEBRUARY 13TH*** Experience beautiful natural light in this modern, west-facing studio located in the heart of Pilsen, just minutes from downtown Chicago. Situated on the 5th floor, this single-story space spans over 1,000 sq. ft. and features large windows that fill the studio with sunlight throughout the day. INCLUDED AMENITIES & PERKS Enjoy the following complimentary features during your booking: Heater (radiator) Private dressing area Bluetooth speaker Clothing rack (2) Softbox lights Featured furniture (CB2 sofa, specialty chair, mirrors, rug, etc.) Full-length mirror Table Natural sunlight & white walls Bathroom access (down the hall) Free street parking PARKING Nearby free street parking is available on Halsted St, Cullerton St, and 19th St. BOOKING DETAILS Maximum Capacity: Up to 10 attendees per booking. ** Freight Elevator Access: If you require use of the freight elevator, please notify us in advance. Access is available ONLY with a studio member present. IDEAL FOR Portrait photography • Fashion photography • Headshots STUDIO POLICIES Footwear: Only clean shoes are permitted on rugs. Standing on furniture is strictly prohibited to prevent damage or staining. Pets: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Pets need to be fully trained. Booking Time: All setup and cleanup must be completed within your reserved time. Bookings often occur back-to-back — please be respectful of start and end times. Overtime: Billed in 1-hour increments at 1.5x the hourly rate. No exceptions. Before You Leave: Return all furniture and items to their original placement. Leave keys in the studio, close the doors and message me before you head out. Noise Level: The studio is not soundproof; loud music is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
