After each booking, our venue is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaner to ensure the space is fresh, hygienic, and ready for the next guests. This includes disinfecting all surfaces, tidying up common areas, and resetting furniture and equipment to their original layout. We kindly ask guests to leave the space in good condition and dispose of any rubbish before departure to help us maintain a high standard for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
