About Villa Lexow
Lexow House is a 1918 Italianate Manse on 3 acres of park-like grounds with mature, flowering trees overlooking the Hudson River. Recently featured in Architectural Digest and in the show Severance, the house is furnished with design classics and museum pieces. Large pool -good for gatherings, shoots, retreats…we have had events with up to 300 people with tenting. Easy access to state parks with extensive trail networks, a perfect place to form deep connections in a beautiful setting. Unique in the area-east access to the charming village of Nyack and to hiking trails and the Hudson. Around one hour from NYC

The house is professionally cleaned before and after each booking-all surfaces are wiped down. Soft furnishings are regularly steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
