Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
House Rules • No smoking inside the garage (outdoor smoking area is available). • No open flames or candles unless approved in advance. • Outside food and drinks are allowed. • Alcohol is allowed for 21+ events only. • Please respect the equipment—screen-printing machines and tools are off-limits unless part of a booked workshop. • No glitter, confetti, or materials that are difficult to clean. • Music is allowed, but volume must be kept at a respectful level for our neighborhood. • Setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. • Please leave the space in the same condition you found it. • Any damage to the space or equipment will be the renter’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
