32x23 "shooting space" with great natural light but room for 9-12' backdrops, high ceilings, plenty of room for several lights with large modifiers, Digitech (CPU station), a small movable hair and makeup station, and a full size couch. Folding 6ft table can be supplied or stored away to make room for something like a digi cart. Bluetooth sound system. Grip, lighting and modifiers (Constant+Strobe) available for additional cost. The Sq. Footage listed is just the shooting area there is also some storage and a restroom.

Please leave the space as close as you can to how it was when you arrived. There is a dumpster around back that you can throw excess trash in, if trash cans aren't full I will take care of it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
