We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a professional, comfortable, and hygienic experience. Our meeting rooms and shared areas are cleaned before and after each booking, including: Disinfecting all tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces Sanitizing door handles, light switches, and equipment Emptying trash and replacing liners Vacuuming and wiping down floors Refreshing the lobby and restroom areas throughout the day We also provide hand sanitizer and surface wipes onsite for guest use. If your meeting requires a reset or additional cleaning, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
