This suite is located inside a five-story building that offers robust security, with personnel at the entrance and surveillance cameras positioned throughout for peace of mind. Ample free parking is available, featuring at least 100 dedicated spaces for tenants and visitors. The suite itself currently configured as a medical office, thoughtfully designed with a receptionist area, three private exam rooms, and a comfortable waiting room. A unique feature of this offering is the inclusion of a private gym area. This versatile space available for rent and can accommodate a variety of activities, such as filming movie or commercial scenes, aerobics, yoga, Pilates, and weight lifting. Suite is cleaned day before booking begins by a private cleaning company. Hand sanitizer and paper towels are available.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
