Art gallery space, photoshoots, wellness events, yoga, fitness, etc.. listening events, album release parties, plays, wedding venue. Large 6000 square feet warehouse with 2 dividing walls, splitting the space into 3 separate spaces. Our space was initally a art gallery that housed some of cities well knows up and coming artitsts. Tons of natural light, 2 amazing audio HiFi systems. There is parking on the streets during the weekends and week nights. During the week at daytime parking is a bit more difficult. We are located in the Arts District on the boarder of Boyle Heights. Our street is a mash up of creators, with clothing lines, vintage clothes, curators of Art, and all things creative. We do have tables and chairs that we can provide if needed. And as stated earlier, our spaces are divided in 3 so if you only require one space, it’s 2000 square footage should accommodate. What makes our space unique is that we outfit it with current contemporary art and 2 amazing HiFi systems to create an aesthetically and sonically pleasing environment for our guests. If events are non-profit we do offer a special discount.

We have a hired cleaner in the space weekly. General dust does accumulate on the sound systems and floors, so we are meticulous about keeping the space clean. We also have a garage door that raises up and dust from outside can get in, so we keep it closed most of the time.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
