After every booking, our team follows a strict cleaning routine that includes: ✨ Full Surface Disinfection • All high-touch surfaces—doors, handles, benches, arcade machines, basketballs, equipment, and tables—are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning solutions. ✨ Court & Floor Cleaning • The entire basketball floor is swept and sanitized. • Rubber/turf and arcade flooring are vacuumed and disinfected. ✨ Arcade Area Sanitization • Game buttons, controllers, screens, and seats are wiped down thoroughly. • Any shared-play items are disinfected between groups. ✨ Restroom Refresh • Restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked with paper products and soap. ✨ Air Quality & Ventilation • Our indoor facility has high ceilings and open airflow. • We run air purifiers and fans as needed during events. ✨ Deep Cleaning Performed regularly, including: • Mopping and sanitizing all floors • Wiping down walls and partitions • Maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment ⸻ ⭐ Before Your Arrival • Your space will be fully cleaned and reset. • All equipment is placed back in its proper location. • Staff completes a checklist to ensure everything is ready before you walk in. ⸻ ⭐ During Your Booking • Staff is available onsite for assistance (optional depending on the reservation). • Additional cleaning supplies (wipes, sanitizer, etc.) are provided for your convenience. ⸻ ⭐ After Your Booking • We re-enter the space only once your reserved time ends and return it to its original condition for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
