This 1,300 sq. ft. multi-use event studio is designed to accommodate a wide range of activities, including intimate celebrations, dinners, workshops, pop-ups, podcasts, photography sessions, meetings, team gatherings, and small social events. The flexible setup allows guests to transform the environment to suit creative, professional, or personal needs. The space features two separate rooms that can be used individually or together. Each room offers an open layout that can be arranged for seating, production, hosting, or creative setups. A mini kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator provides added convenience for food prep, beverage storage, or event day needs. Guests have access to a variety of furniture options, including round and rectangular tables, clear or standard folding chairs. Black or white tablecloths and chair covers are included in rentals of 6 hours or more. Optional ceiling drapes add an elevated look for events that require a more polished aesthetic. Bluetooth-capable speakers are available to support music, sound, or presentations, and select marquee numbers may be added based on availability. This space is ideal for content creation days, small gatherings, brand activations, lifestyle shoots, business functions, and intimate celebrations of all kinds. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every booking to ensure a fresh and comfortable environment for each guest. All surfaces, tables, chairs, and high-touch areas are wiped down and disinfected. Floors are swept and mopped, and the kitchenette area is fully cleaned and sanitized, including the sink and refrigerator handles. After each event, any décor items or furniture used are inspected and cleaned, linens are laundered, and the rooms are reset to their standard layout. Guests are expected to remove personal items, dispose of trash in the designated bins, return furniture to its original position unless otherwise discussed, and ensure all trash is taken to the outside garbage bin at the end of the function. This consistent cleaning process maintains a tidy, welcoming space for every booking while ensuring safety and care for all guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
