Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning Process We take pride in maintaining a clean and professional environment for every booking. Our space is prepared with both comfort and production needs in mind. Before Each Booking All lounge seating, tables, and high-touch surfaces are wiped down and sanitized. Floors in every room are vacuumed and mopped. Trash bins are emptied and relined. The bathroom and common areas are cleaned and refreshed. Any equipment, props, or stands in the studio are reset and inspected. During Same-Day Turnovers We perform a quick disinfecting wipe-down of all surfaces. Floors are spot-cleaned to keep the space camera-ready. Furniture is rearranged back to its original layout. After Each Booking The space undergoes a full reset, including disinfecting handles, switches, and shared surfaces. All leftover items from guests are removed to maintain a clutter-free environment. The lounge, production room, and reception area are returned to a ready-to-use condition. Ongoing Cleanliness An air purifier runs regularly to maintain fresh, clean air. Deep cleaning of the entire space is performed weekly to ensure long-term upkeep. The poster-wall hallway and high-traffic zones are regularly dusted and maintained. Guest Responsibility We ask that guests leave the space in the same condition they found it. Any spills, excessive trash, or out-of-place furniture should be addressed before departure. Failure to follow basic cleanup requirements may result in a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
