Located in a former event space, our 3,000 square foot mezzanine overlooks a modern, urban bouldering club under industrial bow-truss ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows in Portland's Pearl District neighborhood. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The space includes long worktables, cafe table, 2 couches, a large TV, 2 restrooms, and 3 changing rooms and can be reconfigured to fit your event/use.
Venue Rental Rate:
$55/hour for up to 40 guests (2-hour minimum)
Guest Rates:
Event, only: $10 per guest (No charge for the Party Host)
Event + Climbing: $18 per guest (includes chalk/shoe rentals)
Rules:
Rental includes exclusive use of all tables and chairs, couches, and TV .
Pre-event coordination and room set-up (Tomo staff available to rearrange furniture before/after event)
High speed internet and A/V access (speakers for music, power outlets, TV, etc.)
Access to two gender neutral bathrooms and three changing rooms.
NOTE: sStretching area, changing rooms, and bathrooms must remain accessible to Tomo Members and guests. Very limited-to-no interruption is anticipated during your scheduled event as bathrooms and a changing room are also located on the main floor.

50% Deposit required to secure the event time and date (non-refundable deposit is applied towards event total).
$30 Cleaning and restocking fee (non-refundable)
$50/hour for access before or after normal business hours
5% discount for cash or check payment
All event guests are required to sign a waiver (avaialble online) in advance of the event
Guest list of first and last names must be provided in advance
