Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness very seriously to ensure every guest feels comfortable and safe in our café space. Before each booking, the café is thoroughly cleaned and reset. This includes: • Full surface sanitisation of tables, chairs, counters, and high-touch areas • Professional cleaning of floors using food-safe, café-approved products • Deep cleaning of the coffee bar area, including equipment, handles, and preparation surfaces • Regular ventilation of the space to keep the air fresh • Hand sanitiser available for all guests • Rubbish removal and a complete reset of the layout • Freshly cleaned bathrooms, stocked with soap, paper towels, and tissue We maintain high hospitality standards and ensure the space is spotless, welcoming, and ready for your meeting, shoot, or private event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
