About the Space Welcome to our boutique creative studio in Downtown LA, designed for production, content creation, intimate events, and curated after-hours experiences. The space blends an industrial DTLA aesthetic with a warm, modern layout, making it a versatile hub for creators, teams, and community gatherings. History of the Space This studio was built with Los Angeles creatives in mind. Previously used as a traditional office floor, it has been fully transformed into a multifunctional boutique content space featuring custom sets, curated lighting, and a layout inspired by iconic TV studios and modern creative lofts. Neighborhood Details Located in the heart of Downtown LA, the studio sits within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, sneaker shops, small markets, and local galleries. Guests can enjoy the energy of the neighborhood before or after their booking. There are approximately 15 metered spots directly in front of the building, plus a large public parking lot across the street that almost always has available spaces. Logistics & Layout The studio is designed for flexibility and ease of use. Guests have access to: Multiple themed sets for podcasts, interviews, photo shoots, and talking-head videos An open-floor layout that can convert into an event, workshop, or meeting setup A winding staircase backdrop is perfect for stylized photo and video scenes Movable chairs, tables, and lighting options Lounge areas for talent, team members, or guests 24/7 exterior and interior CCTV throughout the main space (no cameras inside bathrooms) The space is ideal for: Podcasts Photography & video shoots Workshops, classes, and small seminars Private dinners, game nights, and creative meetups After-hours content, nightlife-style visuals, and curated themed events Accessibility & Parking Easy ground-level access Metered parking directly outside the building A large public parking lot located across the street Nearby bus lines and central DTLA commuting routes Special Rates We offer flexible pricing for weekday bookings, late-night events, and extended studio rentals. Additional fees may apply for larger productions, after-hours usage, or attendee count increases. Past Bookings Our boutique studio has hosted a variety of creators, entrepreneurs, small businesses, podcasters, musicians, and community organizations for content production and intimate events. We’ve supported brand shoots, coaching sessions, live podcast tapings, artist interviews, and private celebrations.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in keeping our boutique studio clean, sanitized, and camera-ready for every guest. After each booking: All high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, tables, chairs, equipment handles) are wiped down and sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped to maintain a fresh, polished look for productions and events. Furniture is reset to the studio’s standard layout unless otherwise arranged. Trash is removed and bins are refreshed before the next booking. Bathrooms are cleaned and restocked with essentials to ensure comfort and hygiene. Equipment and sets are inspected and straightened so guests can begin using the space immediately. We maintain a consistent cleaning schedule to ensure the studio remains professional, safe, and welcoming for all productions, meetings, and events.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
