• Set up scents or air fresheners in a soft, neutral fragrance.
• Check inventory for décor or furniture needed that day.
2. During Event Maintenance
• Assign a point person.
• Restrooms checked and restocked every hour.
• Trash bins switched out when half full.
• Spills wiped up immediately.
• Keep prep areas, bridal suite, and vendor spaces tidy.
3. Post Event Full Reset
• Collect all décor, rental items, and leftover personal items.
• Break down all chairs and tables or put them back in storage.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop every space used.
• Wipe down surfaces, mirrors, French doors, windows, bars, and benches.
• Deep clean restrooms.
• Take out all trash, including exterior bins.
• Check outdoor areas for cigarette butts, confetti, or flower petals.
• Return thermostat to preset temperature.
4. End of Night Quality Check
• Walk through the entire venue with a checklist.
• Confirm bridal suite is reset.
• Make sure barn exterior is photo ready for the next ceremony.
• Lock all doors and secure alarms.
• Note anything damaged, missing, or needing repair.
