Health and Safety Measures

Flick ATL — Full Venue Cleaning Process & Daily Closing Checklist 1. General Overview Flick ATL must remain spotless, photo-ready, and guest-safe at all times. Because we are a content bar with high foot traffic, LED lighting, immersive tabletops, and themed booths, all surfaces must be sanitized, polished, and stage-ready every night. 2. Equipment NeededMicrofiber cloths (color-coded for each area) Disposable sanitizing wipesFood-safe surface disinfectant spray Glass cleaner + polish sprayLED-safe electronic screen cleaner Broom and dustpanCommercial mop & bucket with floor-safe solutionHandheld vacuum Trash bags (13–55 gallon) Protective glovesPaper towelsScented air freshenerToilet bowl cleaner & brushStainless steel polish (for metallic booths & bar tops) Upholstery cleaner (for seating areas) 3. Booth-by-Booth Cleaning Process A. Selfie Booths & Immersive Rooms Remove all trash (cups, props, napkins, bottles). Sanitize all surfaces, including: Walls, props, signage, LED frames Seating areas (benches, platforms, props) Polish reflective or metallic areas to eliminate fingerprints. Wipe down all camera shutters, interactive buttons, and touchscreen devices using LED-safe cleaner. Inspect all props for damage (replace or repair if needed). Vacuum and mop the floor of each booth thoroughly. Reset each booth to look EXACTLY like opening presentation: Use a microfiber cloth & electronic-safe cleaner on: Glass tops LED edges Sanitize the base and legs of each table. Remove fingerprints and smudges until the glass is streak-free. Inspect sensors to ensure they are not blocked or sticky. Sweep and mop underneath all tables. 6. Seating Areas & Lounge Sections Vacuum all seat cushions to remove dirt. Spot-clean upholstery with fabric-safe cleaner.. Straighten all chairs, stools, a Ensure the entrance floor shines, as it is often in photos. 8. Bathroom Cleaning Process Walk-through video recorded by closing manager

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
