Our space is extremely versatile and works well for a wide range of activities, making it easy to customize for whatever you have in mind. Because the rooms are open and minimally furnished, it’s perfect for birthday parties, workshops, small classes, pop-up events, community gatherings, creative sessions, photoshoots, or even quiet meeting spaces. The open floor plan allows guests to arrange tables, seating, or décor exactly the way they prefer, so the environment can shift from playful and energetic to calm and focused depending on the event. The layout includes four spacious rooms, each offering large, empty areas that can be used separately or together depending on your needs. These rooms can function as breakout areas for classes, themed sections for parties, or designated stations for hands-on activities. The space flows easily from one room to another, allowing guests to move around comfortably and making the setup feel cohesive. Whether you want one main gathering room or multiple smaller sections, the layout supports both intimate and larger-scale events. In addition to these main rooms, the space features a small kitchen that’s ideal for food prep, catering setups, snack tables, or storing party supplies. The kitchen adds convenience for events that involve serving guests or hosting longer workshops. There is also a bathroom on-site, ensuring comfort and accessibility for all attendees without requiring anyone to leave the venue during the event. We kindly ask all guests to clean after themselves and leave the space in good condition. While our team will handled taking out the trash at the end of your event, we appreciate your help in keeping in the area tidy by gathering your belongings, disposing of waste properly, and maintaining overall cleanliness.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
