    12x16 glass greenhouse converted to a Christmas photoshoot spot. Perfect for Holiday Mini sessions for photographers. It gets a lot of natural light as it’s an outdoor glass space. Fully decorated with beautiful details. Can be used for photographers, wanting to do their Christmas mini sessions or for families who want to use the space to do their own photos. All photos are of 2025 setup. 2027 setup will be tweaked slightly to be more spacious (no lower shelves, different settee, one big tree, one smaller tree on other side on top of a stool). Otherwise same props (horse + bike + present decor. Also have a wagon).

    I wipe all the surfaces and clean the floors with Clorox between each booking. You can expect a sanitized and tidy space.

    Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
