**Our Cleaning Process:** We professionally deep clean the entire 5,000 sq ft home between each booking, including: * All bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms thoroughly sanitized * Kitchen, appliances, and granite surfaces cleaned and disinfected * Travertine and wood floors swept and mopped throughout * Hot tub drained, sanitized, refilled, and pH balanced * All linens and towels professionally laundered * High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, remotes) wiped down * Fireplaces cleaned and outdoor areas tidied * Trash removed **Guest Responsibilities:** Please wash dishes, wipe down counters, and remove trash during your stay. Leave the space in generally tidy condition.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
