One Bedroom Apartment Studio City

This space is best used for filming. You may use the entire space for your filming needs. There is one bedroom, a large kitchen, a bathroom, a living room and office area, a bedroom, a small balcony, and a parking garage that can all be used for many different scenes. We are not too strict, all we ask is that you are respectful of our things, and remove any extra items you bring once you are done. Any of our furniture can be moved or rearranged to fit your vision, and you may bring your own set dressing items (furniture or small knick knacks, etc.) to create the image you want for the space, and all our stuff is available to be used as well.
