After every booking, we complete a full top-to-bottom reset that includes: • Professional surface sanitation — All tables, chairs, counters, and high-touch areas are thoroughly disinfected. • Deep floor cleaning — Floors are swept, mopped, and spot-treated as needed. • Freshened seating + décor — Cushions fluffed, furniture reset, décor wiped down so everything looks photo-ready. • Coffee bar refresh — The entire bar area is cleaned, sanitized, and reset for the next guest. • Restroom reset — Fully sanitized with restocked essentials. • Air circulation — We air out the space between bookings so it feels bright, open, and welcoming. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
