About ‘Poltergeist’ Movie House
A two-story suburban home recognizable from the movie Poltergeist (MGM 1982), making it an iconic filming location in Hollywood history. Shoot in the anywhere-America 1980s style house with a large living room, den, large bedrooms, and many windows. High-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliders walk out to a sizeable, expansive patio with a large pool and a fire pit. The house is centrally located in Simi Valley, near many local film and production studios. The house has 1980s decor but can easily be transformed into a traditional Tudor-style or mid-century American suburban home. Upgraded the electrical system in the house. A 10-camera 4K security system and an alarm system help ensure that equipment is secure. In addition to an oversized 3-car garage, a long separate driveway can park multiple vans and RVs. A 50-amp outlet is available. It is a large, oversize lot with ample space for equipment. A like-new Airstream can also be rented for an additional fee. There is plenty of easy and available street parking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
