About Preserve yard with views and sunset perfection
This lush outdoor space is perfect for small to medium events. Grass, pool, gardens add a lush garden feel to space. Baby showers, bridal showers and small weddings work well in this space. Fire table and heaters available to be used for small add on charge. Various seating areas, lounge chairs and outdoor furniture ready for us. Shade structure available for small add on.
*Pls note no indoor access so porta potty may rental may be needed. They run aprox $200 per event with delivery.* The rental for yard is less than many for location etc to help defer porta potty cost.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
