My bright, beautiful boutique/atelier space is available for your small/medium-sized events. I am flexible, just reach out and we can discuss your idea! The atelier is street-level, so your guests can arrive directly to the space without needing door codes or to go through the building. The space is well-outfitted for many uses, with one large tabletop and A frames, two smaller tables (good for apéro, food, etc.), one square kitchen table, and 12 folding chairs (plus 4 more for up to 14 seats), a kitchen, dimmable lighting, a projector, Bluetooth speaker, WC. The main floor is about 23m. Downstairs, there is a souplex space of 16m with a fold-out couch/bed, closet space, and a full bathroom with a shower. This space is great as a dressing room/hair and makeup space, and is also a good extra space for storing materials. I look forward to welcoming you!
