My bright, beautiful boutique/atelier space is available for many different uses: meetings, workshops, small events, art exhibitions, photoshoots, film shoots, film screenings, artisan markets... I am very flexible, just reach out and we can discuss your idea! The atelier is street-level, so your guests can arrive directly to the space without needing door codes or to go through the building. The space is well-outfitted for many uses, with one large table (can be stored away if not needed to free space) and chairs (for up to 12 people), a kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, blender, fridge, kettle), dimmable lighting, a projector (small pocket projector, works best at night), Bluetooth speaker, WC. The main floor is about 23m. Downstairs, there is a souplex space of 16m with a fold-out couch/bed, closet space, and a full bathroom with a shower. This space is great as a dressing room/hair and makeup space for photoshoots, and is also a good extra space for storing materials. There is also a mezzanine which I have converted into a small reading nook with floor cushions and string lights. I look forward to welcoming you and your creative projects!
