Casa Di Arte features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, each conceived with its own distinct identity and design language. More than functional rooms, these spaces offer unique visual narratives—ideal for editorial shoots, lifestyle content, and intimate scenes. At Casa di Arte, we follow a meticulous cleaning and sanitization process before and after every booking. Our team disinfects all high-touch surfaces, furniture, doorknobs, switches, countertops, and bathroom areas using professional-grade, non-toxic products. Floors are vacuumed and mopped thoroughly, and all props, décor items, and equipment are inspected and cleaned. We also air out the space to ensure a fresh environment for every guest. Your safety, comfort, and creative experience are our top priority.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
