    About Rosa Cafe

    This inviting, family-owned neighborhood coffee shop features a cozy and modern look with exposed brick and warm wood tables. Brick columns, exposed ducts, and a built-in aquarium add unique character, while greenery brings a refreshing, lively touch. The spacious layout offers flexible seating for dining, gathering, or hosting private events, with a bar area visible toward the back. This warm, character-filled environment blends neighborhood charm with modern style—perfect for rentals such as birthday parties, company gatherings, hobby meetups, and more. This booking includes use of half of the store. The area behind the fish tank, facing Gravois, will be closed off with reserved tables for your guests. During the event, your guests are welcome to sit anywhere in the café when seating is available. The café will remain open during normal business hours for our customers, and we will continue operating as usual while serving your party guests.     Our event space undergoes a thorough deep-cleaning before every booking. All tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are disinfected, floors are sanitized, and the bar and restroom areas receive extra attention to ensure everything is spotless and ready for your event.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
