Art gallery located in the first floor of a carefully restored historic townhome originally constructed between 1881 and 1885. The gallery space includes a full kitchen, four large rooms for dining, cocktails, professional talks, or board meetings. The space contains many original and historic details throughout. The venue is equipped with a projector, professional track lighting, half bathroom, and an optional 'green room' with a separate kitchenette bar, workspace, and full bathroom. There is also a covered back porch and fenced courtyard in the rear of the building. Parking space is available in the rear sufficient for a catering truck or van.

The event space is professionally cleaned (including deep clean of kitchen and bathrooms) in between each event, with the events spaced out to allow for thorough cleaning.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
