The Magnolia Event Venue offers 1,500 sq. ft. of modern, flexible space, it is perfectly outfitted for both private celebrations and professional events. Guests enjoy access to a convenient warming kitchen featuring a French-door refrigerator and microwave, a premium two-speaker sound system with subwoofer, immersive smart LED stage lighting with beat-sync effects, and a disco-style strobe for added flair. The venue also includes two 70" flat-screen TVs, an LCD projector with multiple connectivity options (Dual HDMI, USB, VGA, AV), a podium with a wireless microphone, complimentary WIFI, and a dedicated stage for presentations or performances. Whether you're hosting a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, retirement party, anniversary, fundraiser, seminar, conference, or any group event, The Magnolia Event Venue provides the ideal backdrop to make your event unforgettable.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning process includes doing an initial walkthrough to assess the room and remove trash or leftover items, followed by organizing furniture and returning equipment to its proper place. Staff then wipe down all surfaces, clean and restock restrooms, and thoroughly sweep, vacuum, or mop floors. Kitchen or catering areas are cleaned and sanitized if used, and any stains or spills are addressed. Finally, cleaners check exterior areas for debris and complete a final walkthrough to ensure the space is fully reset and ready for the next event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
