Cleaning process includes doing an initial walkthrough to assess the room and remove trash or leftover items, followed by organizing furniture and returning equipment to its proper place. Staff then wipe down all surfaces, clean and restock restrooms, and thoroughly sweep, vacuum, or mop floors. Kitchen or catering areas are cleaned and sanitized if used, and any stains or spills are addressed. Finally, cleaners check exterior areas for debris and complete a final walkthrough to ensure the space is fully reset and ready for the next event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
