About the Space This multi-storey London home offers a comfortable, flexible environment for workshops, team offsites, strategy days and small corporate gatherings. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it easy for teams to settle in and focus. Main Area The primary room is bright and open, suitable for group work, presentations or collaborative sessions. Furniture can be rearranged to match the style of your event, whether structured or informal. Breakout Rooms Several additional rooms across the upper floors work well as breakout areas for smaller group exercises, one-to-one conversations or focused project work. These spaces allow multiple activities to run at the same time without disruption. Kitchen & Catering A fully equipped kitchen supports catered lunches, refreshments and coffee breaks, or can simply be used as a practical base throughout the day. Flexibility & Practicalities The layout adapts easily to different formats, including creative workshops, leadership meetings, coaching sessions and small seminars. Parking and access are straightforward, and we’re happy to advise on layout options or setup ideas based on the needs of your event.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
