We take pride in keeping our meeting room spotless and ready for every guest. Before each booking, all tables, chairs, and high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and presentation equipment are thoroughly disinfected. The space is ventilated to ensure fresh air circulation, and supplies like hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided for your convenience. Floors are vacuumed or mopped, and shared amenities such as whiteboards, markers, and cables are cleaned and restocked. At the end of each day, the room is reset with a final walkthrough to guarantee a professional, welcoming environment for your next meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
