Our cleaning team follows a detailed checklist after each stay, which includes: • Full sanitization of high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, counters, switches, and remote controls. • Thorough cleaning of all rooms, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down all surfaces. • Fresh linens and towels for every booking—washed, sanitized, and replaced after each guest. • Bathroom deep-cleaning, including disinfecting showers, toilets, sinks, and fixtures. • Kitchen reset, ensuring all appliances, dishes, and surfaces are cleaned and ready for use. • Air circulation, allowing fresh air to flow through the home before each check-in. We aim to provide a spotless and welcoming environment so guests can relax and enjoy their stay with full peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
