The $100/hour rate covers use of the front lobby and private conference room only. Court rental is available separately upon request. Our facility is cleaned daily to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas are sanitized regularly, and floors are swept and mopped to maintain cleanliness throughout the space. After each event, our team performs a reset to prepare the space for the next guest. We ask that all renters tidy up after use and dispose of trash in the designated bins. Additional cleaning fees may apply for larger events or if extra cleanup is required. We take pride in maintaining a well-kept and professional facility — your comfort and safety are a top priority.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
