    About Cove Collective Studio

    A bright, natural daylight studio available for photographers and creatives to rent hourly or daily. The studio is simple, airy, and versatile, with a neutral palette, clean backdrops, stools, pillows, rugs, tables, props and large windows letting in beautiful natural light. Ideal for portrait sessions, brand shoots, editorial work, content days, and small creative workshops: * Natural daylight studio with southeast facing windows. * Historic, industrial mill building with high ceilings, white walls, natural brick, & concrete floors. * 1000 sq. feet of rental space with neutral decor, furniture, props & photo backdrops. * Access to a full kitchen, bathroom & changing room. * Ground level entry for easy unloading & loading. * Free parking is located directly in front of the studio entrance.

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    The studio is cleaned after each use and a scheduled deep cleaning occurs every 2 weeks. Please leave the space in the same condition that you find it in, including furniture layout.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
