Our studio has been designed to provide a warm, welcoming and cheery vibe and also to inspire active energy and social connection. It opened recently so it has a new feel, along with most everything being new - luxury vinyl floors, painted walls, fitness and av equipment and furnishings. The lobby is nicely furnished with comfy couches and chairs and has large windows with lots of natural light. The studio is conveniently located right on 700 E, making it very accessible from the freeways and major streets. The main fitness studio is a large, open space of 2100 sf with full mirrors covering two of the walls and a barre on another wall. The space is perfect for fitness classes, dance rehearsals, events, photoshoots, and content creation. There is also a small personal training room by the lobby that is equipped with cable machines, squat rack and dumbbells that could be made available. Equipment and Amenities There are two separate, spacious restrooms that are wheelchair accessible. The main studio has 4 industrial ceiling fans and also portable fans. The sound system is state of the art with 4 large EV speakers and a powerful subwoofer and sound mixer. Overhead lighting can be dimmed. Two folding tables and 20 small folding chairs, as well as dance party lights can be provided as needed.
