The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with all guidelines issued by local health authorities.
High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are thoroughly disinfected between uses.
Soft or porous materials are properly cleaned or removed as needed.
Bookings are spaced apart to allow adequate time for enhanced cleaning procedures.
A licensed professional cleaning service is hired between bookings.
Host Cleaning Requirements Before Each Booking
All hosts are required to:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space.
Provide a hand-washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels, or supply hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol.
Clean and disinfect all common areas accessible to guests, including bathrooms, kitchens, and entryways.
Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, and any other provided amenities, if applicable.
Remove all garbage and replace liners in trash cans.
