The Ivy Hotel Sky Terrace Rooftop is 3,100 square feet of space situated on the 16th floor. As pictured in photos, the rooftop is set with patio lounge furniture throughout. The furniture can be rearranged or relocated for a fee, please reach out via PeerSpace prior to booking to inquire about removing or rearranging the furniture. In the winter months, the rooftop is vacant without furniture but can still be booked as is.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
