Garden One Bedroom in Greenpoint/Williamsburg

The space consists of a bedroom on the garden side with a double bed and your own small private bathroom. You have full use of the living room, kitchen and dining area. You have your own entrance directly off the street and private use of the patio. The living room is on the street side and has a smart TV. The bedroom is on the garden side and very quiet. The bathroom is just across from the bedroom with a shower, a toilet and a small sink. We install AC units in the summer months. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, convection hotplates, a Breville smart countertop oven, a toaster, a kettle and various coffee makers. It has everything you need to make your own meals. There is a small table for dining near the window. The suite is conveniently located at the border of Greenpoint and Williamsburg just a block off McCarren Park. Lots of shopping, plenty of great food options, and only 20 mins away from Manhattan via the L or G trains. Our house is on a busy corner but very quiet and peaceful inside. The space is on the lower floor of the 2-floor unit we live in. We share the housing unit and retain access to the backyard through the space.
