The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every booking to ensure a safe and professional environment. Our sanitation process includes: - Cleaning and disinfecting all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, light switches, and bathroom fixtures - Sanitizing kitchen surfaces and common areas - Freshly cleaned bathrooms prior to each booking - Trash removal and general reset between bookings - We take cleanliness seriously and maintain a high standard to ensure every guest arrives to a well-prepared, production-ready space. If your production requires additional sanitation measures or specific protocols, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
