Downstairs Bookstore Area: Two large tables (seat up to 12) Two monitors that can display videos or photos, connected to our internal sound system A small children’s reading corner with a chalkboard wall detail Restroom available for all guests Upstairs Event Space: Two additional monitors connected to the sound system 75 folding chairs available for flexible layouts Amenities (available for all rentals) Four wireless microphones connected to our sound system One shared restroom (located on the lower level) Please note: The upstairs area is accessible only by stairs and is not handicap accessible. Rental Options & Pricing We offer three rental types to accommodate different needs: Rentals during store hours (no closure required): Ideal for small shoots or meetings. Events during store hours (require closure): For private events that need full use of the space. Events during off-hours: Great for larger gatherings or evening programs. Pricing varies depending on the type of booking and required access. *For parties of 30 or more, store closure procedures and pricing will automatically apply. Parking: There is typically ample street parking on weekdays. On weekends, we recommend the paid lot behind our street, which offers easy access at a minimal cost.
