Our space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every booking in accordance with local health authority guidelines. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are carefully sanitized, and soft or porous materials are properly cleaned or removed as needed. Bookings are intentionally spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning, and a licensed professional cleaner is used between reservations. Disinfecting supplies and hand sanitizer are available on-site for guest use, and the space layout supports comfortable physical spacing. We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously to ensure a professional, well-maintained environment for every booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
