Welcome to The Honcho Club, Brooklyn’s newest luxury event space and creative studio. Perfectly designed for private dinners, corporate events, content shoots, and curated experiences. Owned and Operated by Celebrity Chef, Chef T Honcho. This is the perfect creative space for your next milestone or project! Please visit thehonchoclub.com 2000 square foot kitchen studio is available to rent for any of your photo or video production needs. The studio is located in Red Hook, Brooklyn and comes equipped with a stocked, fully functioning shooting kitchen, with a movable bar. Reach out for an inventoried list of our props and kitchenware. There is also a makeup station, wardrobe rack and steamer. Located right off the Smith 9th Street G train stop, it is easy to get to. Street parking is available but can be limited at certain times of the day. If rental needs to be extended the day of the shoot, we can acomodate on a case by case basis at 1.5x the hourly rate.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We have an in house cleaning service that cleans the studio minimum once a week. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, and clean the space.Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchen, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
