This tranquil house sits on about 4 acres of wooded wetlands only 5 minutes outside I-285. The light-filled meeting space (27’ x 15’) has a large conference room including wifi, projector, electric drop down screen, chairs & multiple conference table configurations for up to 25 people for your company day retreats. The space includes a half bath, a 10 foot countertop with sink and mini fridge. Glass doors can accordian open (weather permitting) onto a 9’x 20’ screened in porch which overlooks 1.5 acre pond. This space can accommodate the most serious of business meetings to the most relaxed gatherings as floor pillows and mats are also available. This peaceful space is highly modular as it has been used for non-profit board day retreats, meditation retreats and birthday parties. An option exists for access to a full kitchen and additional breakout space if needed. Optional amenities also include: outdoor seating, fans & misters, game tables, fire pit & wood.
